Share information grounded in peer-reviewed research and established nutritional science. If you reference a study or claim, include a source when possible. We welcome discussion of emerging research, but label it as such. Avoid dogmatic statements presented as absolute truth.

Be Respectful & Inclusive

Treat all community members with courtesy. Diverse perspectives—whether from athletes, coaches, nutritionists, or curious beginners—are valued. Disagree thoughtfully without personal attacks. No discrimination based on sport, age, gender, background, or fitness level.

No Medical Claims or Individual Advice

Do not diagnose, prescribe, or claim to treat any health condition. General nutrition education is welcome; personalized medical or clinical advice is not. Always encourage members to consult qualified professionals for individual concerns. Share experiences, not prescriptions.

Share Authentically

Tell your real story—successes and failures alike. Authentic experiences are more valuable than polished marketing. If you have a financial interest in a product or service, disclose it openly. We trust our community's judgment when you're transparent.

Ask Good Questions

Questions are the lifeblood of learning. Ask with genuine curiosity. Provide context: your sport, your current approach, what you've already tried. This helps the community offer relevant insights.

Prohibited Behavior

No spam, promotional content without disclosure, explicit sexual material, harassment, or coordinated abuse. No spreading of demonstrably false information. No sharing of others' personal data without consent. We reserve the right to remove posts and members that violate these standards.

Next Steps for Violations

First violation: private notice and opportunity to edit or remove content. Repeated violations: temporary suspension. Severe violations (harassment, spam, dangerous medical claims): immediate removal. We aim to educate and improve our community, not punish.
